About us

Gala arabians is a small breeder of arabian purebred horses located in the village of lede (province of oost-vaanderen) in belgium . Since 1990 only purebred arabian horses are bred .

We believe in the original characteristics that were treasured by the ancient bedouin tribes: refined and beautiful yet highly usable as a working horse . To reach this goal, we always assumed that crossing polish and egyptian lines was the best way of breeding . We never regretted this choice but were open to all other combinations of lineages . After all, breeding is still – fortunately – a bit of a gamble .

During the winter season, our horses are kept in modest but healthy stables and are turned out in a paddock a few hours per day, but during summer they move to the pastures from may to the end of october . We have about 4 hectares of pastures on which we also harvest our own hay . In 2005 we totally renovated our infrastructure . We have our own stallions (admitted for public service) and from time to time we have some horses available for purchase . Feel free to contact us:
